R&C Elite Cleaning Services has been operating since the beginning of 2024, though we -- the co-founders -- moved to the west coast in early 2023 and have been making sure to soak up every ray of sunshine and drop of rain since! :)

Story
Hey there! Our names are Chase and Rayanne, and we are the co-founder of R&C Elite Cleaning! We thought it would be a good idea to tell you a little bit about ourselves and our young company so you have an idea of who we are and what we do.

I(Chase) was born and raised in the charming town of Hinton, Alberta near Jasper National Park. I lived there with my parents, three brothers, and my sister until I was about two years old. By the time I was in grade school, we were settled just outside of Edmonton.
​
I(Rayanne) was born in Edmonton, Alberta. I've lived in the same home for the entirety of my life(up until the end of 2021) with my parents and my two older sisters.
​
Then we met in grade six, but didn't become friends(and more) until the beginning of high school! Together, we moved to Lake Louise, just outside Banff, and soaked in the beauty of the mountains and lakes. After a while, we felt ready for a new adventure, so we headed to the West Coast—with a quick detour to Disneyland, of course. We’ve now been living in the stunning town of Ucluelet for nearly a year, and it’s here that we decided to launch our first company!

As for R&C Elite Cleaning, we specialize in cleaning vacation rentals and commercial properties, and we take a lot of pride in providing professional, dependable service with a personal touch.

The host reached out a head of time to warn us about the storm as well. They were very responsive to us and checking in during the storm and power outage we had. Quality Management and Assurance
Maybe you're wondering "How can they make sure my property looks it's best EVERY TIME?" and the simple answer is... Photos!

​After our regular onboarding procedure, we will walk through every unit, take photos, then upload them to our task management application, where we will curate a very detailed task list that our team follows to the letter.
​
Lastly, a seasoned supervisor or manager will "quality check" the space, ensuring that all tasks have been completed properly and aesthetically.

This system ensures near-perfect execution every time.
